Wedding Dress in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

I have an A-line wedding dress from David's Bridal bought in xxxx, but never used. The dress I tried on in the store was a floor sample and not the actual dress I bought. This dress has never been worn, never been altered, and the only times it has been removed from the dress bag was once to wrap it in a white sheet to keep it dust/stain/discoloration free and once to take the photos. It says that it is a size 12 dress but these sizes run SMALL. When I bought it, I was 5'2, approximately 125 pounds and a 36C chest size and the size 12 would barely have needed any alterations on me. I'm currently 100lbs and 34B and the size would currently run big and need to be taken in. When I took the pics, the dress dummy I used WAS adjusted to my size when I fit in the dress, but my awesome dog knocked it over and now it's stuck with a 38-40" chest/bust so I can't zip the dress up all the way when it's on the dummy and I didn't want to force it. I also didn't want to put the dress on myself and have it subjected to the various gross things that cling to the human body.
I am in south philly. I am in a house full of smokers and pets and so I absolutely do not want the dress here unless someone is really serious about owning it and even then I would rather bring it over to you instead of having you come here to see it so I don't have to remove it from the bag inside this house. It's currently residing in the smoke free, pet free walk in closet at my parent's house on the jersey shore. If you're serious about buying it I will drive out there and pick it up to bring over to you to check it out.
The dress was $600 brand new, I'm looking for $250 but am willing to negotiate. The purchase will come with the dress, white sheet that it's wrapped in, and the dress bag. The wedding was canceled before I got the undergarments, veil, shoes, etc. (Though unfortunately, not before I put the non refundable deposit down on the caterer and reception hall...)
