Residential Architect - Drafting & Design Services in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

I am available for all your residential architecture, drafting and design needs in the Philadelphia, Bucks County and Montgomery County areas. I am a licensed architect in Pennsylvania and have 16 years of experience. The projects I've worked on include renovations and additions both small and large.
My services include drafting up your existing space or entire home, producing design schemes based on your vision and need and creating documents to aid contractors in giving you an estimate. In addition I can stamp drawings for permit or make site visits during construction to oversee the project goes smoothly on your behalf.
I have very reasonable rates. On average for addition and renovation projects my fee is $2,000- $4,000 which includes my structural engineers fee (when needed for permit) and all other needed information to obtain a permit. Examples of my work are available upon request.
