Turnaround time is approximately 60 days plus or minus. You can be Hands Off or Hands On. You will get pictures/comps/rehab costs/title reports as well as expected profit margins on each
property usually conservative.
Example:
Purchase Price $60,000. Rehab cost $13,000. Sales Price after rehab $120,000. After closing costs/agents fees etc. $10,000 estimated - we split $37,000. That's a good day!!!.
