It is a real pleasure to offer this Roland Jupiter 8 for sale. This synth is superb physically and is 100% functional. To find this outstanding piece of kit in such museum condition is rare.
Prior to sale, the synth has been extensively tested and checked by my tech. All functions and features work correctly.
The front panel is in mint condition, clean and mark free, with the exception of a tiny mark below the Tune button. The paintwork and silkscreening are almost as good as the day it was made - the black paintwork is dark and solid and the coloured silkscreening bright and sharp. (Any small specks or fine white threads visible in the pictures are from the duster I used).
The mod panel is very clean, with only a tiny mark on the front edge.
The two end panels are absolutely spotless, as good as the day they were machined.
The back panel is excellent, with a couple of small marks to the heat exchanger the only blemishes of note.
The bottom panel is also in excellent condition. There are several round shadows which look like they are from where the synth has been stood on the 'feet' of a stand or desk. A few light scratches are all there is to report.
All knobs, buttons, sliders and switches are present, original and function correctly.
All keys are clean and aligned and contact correctly.
This is a 100v model so a small step down transformer is included as part of the sale.
