We are seeking a Advisory Representative in our Property department.
General Summary
Supports Advisory Specialist in all aspects of client service and transaction operations. Works with Advisory Specialists, Placement Representatives & Placement Specialists for seamless client service & quality work product.
Essential Functions
* Coordinate team access to Marsh Technology Systems and Update Account Team Information in Marsh Technology Systems.
* Performs administrative and clerical support duties for insurance placement activities
* Utilizes Marsh Technology Systems daily to input information and update client status in the placement process
* Participates in internal strategy meetings.
* Assists in the creation of the program submission, including coverage specifications in collaboration with Advisory Specialists.
* Assists in preparing proposal components including; analysis of: pricing, coverage terms and conditions, services, quote comparisons, financing, commentary and recommendation.
* Generates and Delivers Confirmation of Binding Instructions to Client.
* Follows up for binder from Placement team. Generates Binder Transmittal Letter via MART. Monitors the renewal and binder control system
Requests and oversees follow-up for changes from underwriters
Maintains ongoing relationship with clients & team colleagues to effectively service clients
* Maintains market contact at appropriate levels needed to execute effectively and assist the Advisory Specialist and/or Placement Specialist
* Understands and complies with Marsh Compliance and Transparency Standards
* High School diploma
* Two years related experience
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with a high degree of detail and organization
* Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff. Strong customer service orientation
