Primary Objective(s):
Elite is looking to hire an Application Analyst to join our Services Delivery team. We require a highly motivated, goal:oriented individual who will be responsible for support of Elite's application services teams and operation (AC and ESD).
The Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting Elite's team of billable application staff (Business Application and Education Consulting staff) to help troubleshoot issues preventing delivery of any billable application tasks. They will also manage intake of incoming requests both from customers and from field staff to ensure they are routed to the correct resource.
The Analyst will report to the Services Delivery Manager with a dotted line relationship to the Director of Global Business Services. Qualified applicants will have excellent communication and analytical skills to help triage incoming requests. They will have excellent problem solving skills and will work to identify issues that might reside with customer environment configuration, setups, stock performance or customizations. As part of this role, there will be interaction across Elite's support, product and services teams.

Key Responsibilities:
:Provide telephone support and diagnosis of implementation issues that are preventing delivery of application solutions.
:Analysis of client setups/configuration and correction where necessary relative to a host of field activities (Ex: setup configurations, testing, researching errors, troubleshooting instance availability, integration, review of documentation, general field support activities).
:Liaise with support, product and development departments to escalate and monitor software issues and enhancements.
:Liaise with 3rd party vendors to facilitate solutions to issues that may be owned by either party.
:Report to the Services Delivery Manager on a weekly basis the status of all managed cases and provide steps for resolution in a timely manner.
:Upgrade support to field staff.
:Support development of and provide quoting support for application services.
:Maintenance of internal systems
:Work in partnership with Business Application management team to define and support the best path forward to streamlining field services and support mechanisms.
Other general responsibilities:
:Identify the features, advantages and disadvantages of various software setups/orchestrations for Elite and third party applications. :Implement best practices in application systems development and network security. Evaluate and test software applications, compile data and produce relevant reports. Compile and provide product feedback based on lessons learned in working with training and consulting teams.
