Responsibilities:
* Do you have transferable skills in customer service, retail sales, or other related fields? If so, Property Staffing would like to speak to you. We provide free training as a Leasing Consultant in the field of Property Management. As a Leasing Consultant some of the duties include-
Requirements:

Handling prospective resident calls
Evaluating the needs of the clients that visit the property.
Effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications.
Preparing lease documents and related paperwork.
Greeting, welcoming, and introducing clients to the property.
Utilizing company resources under the director of the Resident Manager or other Staff Members.
Projecting a professional image by meeting the dress standards as outlined in the Property StaffingPolicies and Procedures.

Computer Literate
Excellent Organization Skills
Nice to have:
Bilingual Spanish/English skills
