Our client, a rapidly growing real estate related company located in Center City Philadelphia seeks a property accountant to join their team!!
The job duties of the property accountant will include:
Financial statement preparation including month-end close, journal entry preparation, balance sheet account analysis and account reconciliation. Additional duties of the property accountant will include accruals, bank reconciliations and variance analysis. The successful property accountant will also generate monthly financial reports and prepare supporting schedules, review financial statements for accuracy and prepare monthly reporting packages for management. The successful property accountant will have the following qualifications:
3+ years of relevant experience
Proficient in Excel
Prior experience with property management software is preferred (i.e. Yardi etc.)
