Property Showing Agent (for sales, not rentals) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys showing property, but hates finding clients, writing contracts, negotiating or handling closings. As a property showing agent, you will be responsible for showing properties to preapproved buyers. Once the buyer decides on the property they will purchase, I take care of all the paperwork and closing, and you collect a check at settlement. THIS IS A COMMISSION ONLY POSITION.
Requirements:
1) Pennsylvania real estate license
2) Reliable transportation
