The Controller position will be working with both our internal and third-party property management teams, as well as our corporate acquisitions team.This position is located in Conshohocken, PA. Basic job responsibilities include: Review all property-level financial reports generated by the third-party property management team Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management, investors and lenders Ensuring compliance with all lending agreements (including lender reporting requirements, debt covenant compliance, etc.) Create financial models and analysis to support asset management, acquisitions and development opportunities Lease management (including Tenant Billings, CAM reconciliation, etc.) Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare annual corporate, property-level and consolidated entity-level budgets (performed in conjunction with third-party property management team) Cash management A working knowledge of MRI or Yardi accounting systems This position offers significant opportunities for growth in an organization that is growth driven.Please submit resume in Word document online and to dvogrin@aspire-1.com.Due to the volume of resumes, we cannot reply to each candidate personally.
