Job Responsibilities
Manage an extensive client portfolio by communicating with potential buyers and sellers about their current real estate situation
Arrange real estate showings and open houses
Lead clients through the real estate negotiation process and offer input and expertise
Manage all terms of getting a real estate purchase to contract
Maintain client relationships through communication, referral incentives and follow up
Understand the local real estate market so you can be an expert in your field
Manage all advertising and marketing for the real estate team
