The real estate and mortgage industry is currently booming and our clients in and around the King of Prussia area are looking to grow. We are actively interviewing Title Clerks, Conveyancers/Processors, Accounting Clerks (Senior and Junior) and Settlement Coordinators. Currently we have an immediate need for a Settlement Coordinator. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coordinate settlements Order title searches, payoffs, lien releases, and other items required by the contract Prepare insurance binders and title documents Review loan packages Prepares files for recording We will be following up with qualified candidates to go into further detail about job requirements and salary requirements.
