Job Description: Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing the business development efforts of Mortgage Advisors. Develop and manage Real Estate Relationships within the region in accordance with PHH policies and procedures while maintaining quality sales and customer service objectives. Maintain adequate staffing levels to achieve the production goals and objectives of PHH and the Region. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Three to five years mortgage sales management required. Real Estate sales or related experience may be substituted for some but not all of the experience required. Thorough knowledge of the mortgage business on a regional level includes all appropriate laws, regulations, and guidelines. Proven selling, business development and relationship building skills is required. Professional presentation skills, with both individuals and groups is also required. Previous knowledge of MLS and a Point of sale systems is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Must meet State Licensing guidelines as required. Travel required. FLSA Status: Exempt
