We are currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Economic and Valuation Services practice in our Philadelphia office.
Responsibilities:
Prepare valuation models and reports for various types of commercial real estate
Prepare real estate market research
Produce property level cash flows and net operating income projections
Review valuation reports for reasonableness
Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets
Qualifications:
Two years of relevant real estate appraisal experience
Bachelor&#xxxx;s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited college/university
Completion of Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures, USPAP, and General Appraiser Income Approach
Previous experience using Argus and Microsoft Word and Excel
Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
