Responsibilities: * Prepare valuation models and reports for various types of commercial real estate * Prepare real estate market research * Produce property level cash flows and net operating income projections * Review valuation reports for reasonableness * Assist with the valuation of other tangible assets Qualifications: * Two years of relevant real estate appraisal experience * Bachelor''s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or Business from an accredited college/university * Completion of Basic Appraisal Principles and Procedures, USPAP, and General Appraiser Income Approach * Previous experience using Argus and Microsoft Word and Excel * Effective written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
