Elite is looking to hire a Technical Solutions Consultant. We require a highly motivated, goal:oriented individual who will be responsible for building customized software solutions to meet client needs. Ideal candidates will have technical experience including: object:oriented programming, RDMBS knowledge, and experience in the professional service industry. Candidates should be excellent team players and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Technical Solutions Consultant will fulfill a dual role within Technical Services across multiple Elite products and will be 50 billable services and 50 Sales Support. The role is key to enabling the Elite Technical Services team to be more nimble in our approach to short term work, pre:sales activity and working with the account manager in order to estimate effort and understand requirements and be more proactive when dealing with urgent customer escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

:Contributes to technical PQM (Project Quality Model) documentation.
:Implements best practices for delivering custom solutions.
:Provides technical assistance to sales team where necessary e.g. developing prototypes for pre:sales.
:Provides detailed estimates for new business.

Qualifications
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics required, Master Degree preferred.
:1+ years experience in the complete SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle).
:1+ years experience with SQL Server.
:1+ years experience developing in XSLT, .NET and ASP.NET.
:1+ years experience of integrations using Microsoft BizTalk or equivalent technologies.
:Can consistently and successfully demonstrate, (with minimal supervision):
:Clear communication capabilities on projects, including project documentation
:Adherence to conversion methodology within projects, including exercising sound project planning and monitoring skills.
