I am looking for a female roommate to take over an existing lease in a conveniently located two bedroom apartment in Chinatown. The sublease will begin on February 1st and extend through to the end of July. The apartment is located in the heart of Chinatown and is approximately a 5 minute walk from Jefferson station and Regional Rail lines. It is about a 15 minute walk from Center City and all that it has to offer including shopping, restaurants, and bars. Rent is $650 a month and utilities (gas, electric, internet) are split down the middle and usually total around ~$50 a month per person. First month, last month, and a security deposit (returned upon move out) required ($xxxx). Unfortunately no pets allowed.
