If you are a grad student or young professional, I have a great place for you! Please do not be deterred by the price, you get more than you pay for in this house, promise! This will be one of the most unique living experiences you have ever had. I have never, ever, had an unhappy tenant! I own a beautiful bedroom house in University City, it is not nearly as crowded as it may sounds, promise. The entire house is fully furnished, including all bedroom furniture. Everything in the house is relatively new. There are three full bathrooms and a half bathroom, two fireplaces, two decks, two living rooms, 60 in plasma tv, dishwasher, washer/dryer, private driveway, every kitchen appliance you could ever need, all dishware, glassware, pots and pans, and much more. The house is located less than a block away from a grocery store, a subway stop and bus stops. Utilities will be split by the tenants. We are a bit selective about who we invite to join us in this house. We are looking for like-minded people who will add to the positive vibe here. If you are a total slob and not good with communal spaces, this is not for you. This is a very nice house and we would like to keep it that way which takes minimal effort from everyone if we are all responsible. Additionally, while everyone does their own thing, we all really get along and hang out together often. This is far cry from a fraternity house but we do like to have a good time with each other. So please do not inquire further unless you are someone looking for a social environment and interested in getting to know people. At the same time, please keep in mind that respect and consideration for the schedules of others is paramount because we are all students and professionals with an abundance of responsibilities and obligations. It is truly a unique and fantastic living situation and is definitely worth checking out. I work endlessly to make your time in my house as awesomely special as possible.
