Hi, I am a young female professional (24 years old) looking to make a move into the Northern Liberties area around April/May. My friend and I have found some great new places in Northern Liberties for around $2,450-$2,600 per month. We are looking to move into a 3 bed 3 bath around May 1st. I work at an advertising agency in Old City and she in the healthcare field. I'm fun, easy going and clean....don't smoke. My marketing job usually takes me 9-6 and after that its binging on bravo for me. I'm not a party animal but love to go out for a good dinner, happy hour or brunch with friends. Im pretty low-key during the weeknights and my weekends vary from staying in to going out. We are looking to find a fun and like minded roommate to join us in our move and share a new space all together. Would be more then happy to send some places we've seen and loved to give you an idea of what we had in mind. Looking to move in by April 31st.
