Looking for a tenant to take my place in a 3 bed/3.5 bath newer-model townhouse in the Manayunk/Wissahickon area, only a few blocks from the Wissahickon trail and train station. The room for rent is the master bedroom on the top floor with its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and vaulted ceiling. Rent for this room is $725/month, plus 3-way split of utilities (water, heat, PECO, Comcast). The other two guys living here are both 28-30 working professionals, very easy going, and great roommates. We're looking for another working-professional in their mid/late 20's -- early 30's, non-smoker, clean, dependable, and respectful. The townhouse is laid out as follows: 1st floor -- 1 car garage, 1 bedroom & private bath 2nd floor -- living room, dining room, kitchen, washer/dryer utility room, half bath, and outside deck 3rd floor -- 2 bedrooms 2 baths In addition to the 1 car garage, there are 2 driveway parking spots (both rare in manayunk area), along with a 3rd side spot we share with the townhouse next door. Plenty of street parking is also available. The landlord here is also great; they repainted and recarpeted the entire place 2 years ago at our request, and they are very flexible with the lease (we basically just find our own replacements that fit well into the house and with the other roommates, and sign a lease addendum).
