Hi there! I have a 1st floor private room available in Devon, PA starting in January. The house sits on 3/4 acre in a great, family neighborhood with an amazing backyard. The house is 1/4 mile from the Regional Rail train station for all the Philadelphia commuters. Don't worry you cannot hear the train from the house! The room is roughly 12 x 12 and comes with a private hall bathroom and has nice views of the backyard. The rent is $795 and includes all utilities. I am looking for a 6 month commitment but a shorter term can certainly be negotiated if it is easier for you. Also, furnishings can be negotiated as well. As you can tell from the pictures, I keep a very clean house so I am definitely not looking for someone who is messy! Just looking for a respectful, young business professional. I am a young, business professional and have lived in Devon for the last 4-5 years since I graduated from La Salle University in Philadelphia. The house has been a co-ed house since I got it for the most part and have plenty of prior roommates you can reference if it would help you out.
