The house is a vintage xxxx's beach cottage perfect for summer BBQ's, lounging around with friends on the weekend but nice and quiet during the week! We are all mid-twenties business professional males: one in finance, the other in premed and I am in school for physical therapy and I teach yoga. And we have and additional roommate Duke, a 6 year old boxer who keeps us all entertained. This is a house if perfect for people who love the beach and being outdoors and having fun.
