I am looking for a roommate in my 2 bedroom Condo that is in Glenolden. The condo is a second floor end unit in a quiet neighborhood. I travel for work quite a bit and am not around too much. Looking for a male roommate between 21-30, who has a steady income, clean, respectful. A bit about me, I am 27, grew up in Boston, work in Real Estate and am pretty easy going. I play rec. Ice Hockey and sometimes coach a youth lacrosse league. The rent is $500 all inclusive with a minimum of a 6 month lease. Security would be $500. The room is furnished but it can all be removed very easily.
