I am looking for a professional, clean and organize person to rent a room in my four bedroom, one and a half bath home in havertown, pa. Right now living in the home are myself, another professional female roommate and three dogs. The prices depend on the room you would like. There is a large bedroom on the third floor newly refinished with skylights and privacy for $625 or a nice bedroom on the second floor for $550. Both rooms are plus utilities which usually runs around $100. Move in day can be February 1st or march 1st. Let me know if you are interested!
