We are currently recruiting for a The HCP Marketing Director US for Abaloparatide SC is accountable for all aspects of the HCP marketing strategy, planning, and execution to achieve launch goals as well as longer term success of Abaloparatide:SC. The Director role will coordinate planning and execution with cross functional teams including sales, medical affairs, patient marketing, medical/legal, market research, payor marketing and other various internal stakeholder groups to ensure commercialization success. In this role, the Director leads HCP brand and launch planning, promotional development and execution, agency partner oversight and annual planning and budgeting. The Director has forecasting oversight and P and L responsibility for the brand. The HCP Director will lead a team of 2 experienced marketers. Leads the development of all HCP brand planning strategic choices for Abaloparatide:SC including launch market opportunity assessment, positioning, messaging, promotion, and launch planning.Responsible for the core brand HCP communications strategy and plan.Responsible for developing the Abaloparatide core promotional messaging platform, ensuring high:impact promotional messages are developed by customer channel that optimize the value proposition for Abaloparatide.Lead for National Launch Meeting Plan for commercial.Develops Abaloparatide:SC launch plan including tactics by channel built on clear and actionable target segments, behavioral objectives, and integrated customer approach (HCP, payer, patient).Builds channel and sales force support to achieve launch success by working closely with the US Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership teams.Leads marketing team to generate deep customer understanding via market research and analytics to guide strategic choices for HCP strategy.Effectively communicates and drives alignment and consistency of core HCP branding and messaging decisions across internal stakeholders.Develops and gains approval for forecasts for Abaloparatide:SC to guide manufacturing/ supply, sampling levels, revenue and net sales targets, and sales force goals.Leads development of the annual brand plan for Abaloparatide and develops. promotional investment recommendations within the plan.Oversees and manages the relationship with the agency of record including goal setting, contracting, budgeting, and performance metrics.Meet or exceed key performance metrics/indicators including revenue targets, market share goals, etc. while operating at or below approved budget.Builds and leads a team of experienced marketers, with commitment to team membersA? professional training and development.Plans and ensures team coordinates regular customer touch points (field visits, congress participation, Call center monitoring) to integrate real time customer learningA?s.Leads team to in:depth knowledge in osteoporosis market and a deep understanding of Abaloparatide:SC labeling, messaging, and plies with all medical, and legal and regulatory requirements10+ years bio:pharmaceutical industry in commercial roles5+ years leadership experience, leading marketing teams with P and L responsibilityPrior experience with positioning, target audience selection, segmentation, message development, and promotional plan development strongly preferredOsteoporosis marketing or sales experience strongly preferred New product launch experience preferredCollaborative leadership style with ability to influence others Strong communication skills : written and verbalProfessionalism and high integrity with ability to lead by exampleKnowledge of current legal, regulatory and compliance climateBachelors Degree in life sciences, marketing or businessMBA preferredAbility/willingness to travel; 30 Radius Health, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees a
