Qualified individuals must have at least one year of professional experience doing human:computer interface design and usability testing, and thrive in a fast:paced environment thatA?s big on team:based collaboration. Capacity to rapidly assess the usability of an interface/application, and then rightfully apply design heuristics as a means to improvement is essential. Additionally, the User Researcher should be a compelling storyteller and engage design in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and data visualization as a means to communicating ideas.
