AR-15 7075 Aluminum Anodized Black 80% Lower Receiver + Jig Set + Tooling + Extras in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale
I have an aluminum AR-15 80% lower / complete jig set package that I would like to sell. I am located in Lower Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
This package includes an aluminum AR-15 80% lower receiver that is anodized black with a type III mil-spec hard coating. This is a not an FFL item. This is not a complete AR-15 lower receiver and still requires machining, or drilling/milling, to be completed. (Once this 80% lower is fully machined, Birchwood Casey "Aluminum Black" metal finish, or a similar product, can be used for touch-ups.)
This AR-15 80% lower receiver is made entirely from xxxx aluminum and is T6 heat-treated.
This AR-15 80% lower receiver was machined by Cerro Forge and bears their distinctive "keyhole" mark of excellence. (See picture for detail.) Cerro Forge produces the forgings for companies like Colt, Daniel Defense, DPMS, and other major manufacturers.
This AR-15 80% lower receiver also has a fully flared magazine well and a rear take down pocket that has already been machined out. This feature helps to ensure a proper fit with your AR-15 upper receiver.
This package also includes an AR-15 80% lower receiver jig set is recommended for use with mil spec style AR-15 80% lower receivers that have the rear pocket area already milled out, but it is also capable of being used with mil spec style AR-15 80% lowers that do not have the rear pocket area already milled out.
This jig set is designed to be used with a drill press to complete an AR-15 80% lower receiver. A drill press vise (not included) might also be helpful when using this jig set to complete an AR-15 80% lower receiver. I would also recommend using a lubricant (WD-40 will work.) or cutting fluid when the drilling is being done with this jig set. A few types of file hand tools (not included) could also be helpful to de-burr the newly formed pocket inside of the AR-15 80% lower after all of the drilling procedures have been completed. (This is the pocket where the fire control group parts would need to be installed.) The side plates and the first of the three guide plates (Drilling plate) are all machined from heavy duty aluminum, which should last for multiple uses if they are treated carefully. All of the bolts and drill bits have a black coating to prevent corrosion and wear.
If you would like to see how this jig should be used to finish an AR-15 80% lower, there is a short video on Youtube that features a jig set that is nearly identical to this one. You can watch this Youtube video at the link here below:

Please contact me with any questions that you may have.
Please contact me if you would like to know about out my other 80% lower receiver items, plus other items altogether. Thanks!
NOTE: If you want me to send a text message to your cell phone, I can do this if you would please tell me what carrier your cell phone is with. (Verizon/AT&T/Sprint/T-Mobile/?) I need to know this because then I can send a text to your cell phone with my textem account, which I log into with my computer. I prefer to do it this way because it is much easier for me to send text messages with my computer, than it is with my cell phone. Thanks!
