Flying business or first class? Airline miles for sale in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania For Sale

Flying to Europe? Dubai? Asia? Australia? I have frequent flyer miles which I can use to book Emirates tickets. All flights are via Dubai.
I used to work in Asia (in Brunei) but have since returned to eastern Europe (St Petersburg) after my contract lapsed. I still work in the petroleum industry (Gazprom Russia).

Terms:
1. USD 7 for every xxxx miles. If, for example, you need 150,000 miles, then expect to pay 150 x $7 = $xxxx.
2. Prefer to sell the miles for business or first class bookings but can accommodate economy class too.
3. I do not sell to difficult, paranoid and complicated buyers.
4. I do not accept PayPal. It is against PayPal's ToS (terms of service) to use their services for airline mileage or other reward-related transactions. Don't insist. I ignore and delete emails from those who do or those who even slightly raise this issue.
My wife also has Singapore Airlines miles. (if you prefer to travel transpacific to Asia via Singapore instead)
