Several locations can be set at the same time. #4 rebar stakes are driven in a line, about 4 feet apart, about floor grade. Each stake is then shot with a transit or laser or a string line is ran to grade and then drive rebars to 2-1/4" (or less depending on pipe size) below finished floor grade. Pinheads rest on these stakes and provide a saddle for the temporary screed pipe. A 2" OD pipe or less will slide forward with each mixer load, leaving the Pinheads free to remove and reuse. Use these against a building or in the center of a larger pour to provide an accurate and moveable screed system. 100 pieces per carton. You can use #10 washers as shims to go under the Pinheads or chairs if the rebar has been driven too deep. We have grade plates you can install if your driving the rebars in softer ground to help keep the rebars from sinking while screeding.
